Volutamente non ho inserito la traduzione in italiano durante l'esercizio per evitare che ti "appoggiassi" ad essa per capire cosa inserire nei vari spazi. 

La verità è che questa conversazione è piena zeppa di frasi fatte, frasi che si possono tranquillamente riutilizzare e che, soprattutto, una volta entrate nel nostro orecchio poi diventeranno un automatismo. Pensiamo per esempio a "to grab a coffee" - in italiano "prendersi un caffè". 

Qui la conversazione corretta e di seguito la traduzione in italiano:

Vogliamo analizzare un pochino questa conversazione assieme? Perché, se sfruttata bene, puo' darci moltissime informazioni utili:

How's it going? è la forma contratta di HOW IS IT GOING? e significa "Come stanno andando le cose?". È una domanda informale utilizzata molto nell'inglese colloquiale.
